Draft Proposal Outline

TASKS

AI Chatbot/Assistant/Agent

  • Design and Implement an AI solution / Assistant / Agent for both FSUK and LDAR
  • Once live, keep the knowledge base and functionality relevant, up-to-date and at the leading edge of AI automation solutions
  • Continual functionality improvements that are thoroughly tested and implemented

Capsule CRM

  • Assume responsibility for daily management and continual improvement programme
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering required standards
  • Train new team members
  • Continue to pay 50% of LDAR's monthly Capsule payment.

Websites

  • Provide and pay for website hosting for both FSUK & LDAR
  • Website maintenance, including daily website backups and plugin updates
  • Keeping website content relevant and fresh
  • New content and webpage creation (x1 Monthly)
  • Featured image creation and optimisation of alt tags

Marketing

  • Continuous optimisation of existing website content
  • Focused actions on local search to move the needle
  • Google Business Profile management and posting (x8)
  • Facebook Posting (x8)

Management Reporting

  • Daily updating of leads generated and conversion run rate
  • Weekly KPI Report
  • Monthly updates on Google Search Console (impressions, clicks and position ranking

Operational Business Development

  • Actively designing and implementing systems and processes that drive the businesses forward
  • Implementing automation systems or processes that allow both businesses to run more efficiently, providing they have a positive effect on customer experience
  • Sharing relevant best practices from Autoglass with a view to implementing them
  • Review current business models

Team Coaching and Mentoring

  • 1 hour per week, inclusive of any team meetings
  • Support the recruitment process

Payments & Agreements

  • Weekly payment of £250 or the same payment percentage of weekly profit as IF and AA
  • Agreement in writing of the above and that Steve Ellis is paid as a partner (not director)
  • Agreement in writing that Steve Ellis owns 50% of LDAR, which will supersede the current agreement
  • Agreement in writing that both IF and AA own a 25% share in National Appliance Repairs
  • When Ismael Fraser (IF) does not need to draw as much income from the businesses, I will be paid an equal percentage e.g. 1/3rd
  • This agreement will be in place for a minimum of one year
